My Story
Hello! My name is Beth Ann Nylander and I am passionate about helping companies move from good to great!
With more than 22 years working in procurement, product development, regulatory, and packaging engineering, I’ve gained a broad view of how well-performing CPG companies work.
After earning my B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I started out in the paper industry, working in process engineering and quality control. My first experience with the food industry was at Oscar Mayer as a packaging engineer.
My career has spanned mid-sized and larger companies. My work has also included small business support, putting all aspects of starting and running a company—and the power of setting up processes to increase efficiencies—top of mind.
My roles in leadership have focused on developing and coaching my teams, and ensuring their priorities are aligned within the organization. I have a deep knowledge of the meat supply chain, and have also worked with packaging and ingredient suppliers in many different categories, including IQF vegetables, starches, pasta and grains, and dairy.
